I love sugary foods but I hate crashing after eating too much sugar. When bakeries offer whole boxes of day old cookies it's just too hard to resist, I like day old cookies better than fresh ones. They aren't too soft of too gooey they're just starting to go hard. Most foods are better as leftovers, macaroni, chinese food, any kind of take-away. I'm pretty sure cookies don't count as a proper meal but my stomach disagrees.
You know what's magical? Black and white cookies. |

I don't understand Quentin Tarantino. Films are better when there are capes involved. Or superpowers. Or light-sabers. |

Okay, I don't like Dorian Gray. Someone please recommend a better book? |

Can a toaster oven be cleaned with some sort of product and successfully used again if a medium-sized insect has perished in the oven? I mean, is that sanitary? |

Do any of you keep scrapbooks? I thought I wanted to start one - but the ink off of newspapers just gets everywhere. My nails are all black - and there must be a type of glue that doesn’t leave lumps. I would use rubber cement but the fumes are just intolerable.
I do hope Miss Wood wasn’t seriously injured. I don’t think Prudence would like that at all. |

How are you supposed to name a pet? I named my last one after the shampoo bottle that was next to her web. Somehow calling this one Alberta II seems lazy. But I don’t want to purchase a book of baby names because that seems creepy. I am not some crazy old cat woman who has “feline children.” Should pets have actual names like Maude or Harold? Or pet names like Spot and Sparky?
( cut for photo! )
It's awful about Miss Branch. My condolences to her friends and family. I didn't need more reasons to avoid eating curds and whey. |

Taking a leaf from Miss Bleichert's book because I've always wanted to know the answer. Well, I suppose there isn't a definitive answer. But tell me -
Where are all the good men dead, in the heart or in the head? |

I always wonder what it would have been like to work during the Three Pigs case whenever it's mentioned in the paper. Why does The Gazette have a source inside the N.C.D.? Why don't I have a source... |
